RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
● All vehicles and greeters are billed “GARAGE to GARAGE” – from the time they leave the yard until they return.
● For insurance purposes, Catalina Transportation does not provide any infant, car or booster seat. If a passenger brings their own, a legal guardian must install the unit themselves - not the driver. Non-negotiable.
● A non-refundable $300 cleaning fee will be invoiced for any food/drink spillage, smoking in the vehicle or if a guest were to become ill.
● A non-refundable $75.00 cleaning fee will be invoiced for ANY animal not crated in the vehicle - including service animals.
● No alcohol (opened or unopened) is allowed in the vehicle at any time. All unopened containers must be placed in the trunk of the vehicle.
● Permit costs are based upon TIA & PHX Authority rates and subject to increases at any moment.
● All vehicles are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
● Motor coach and mini bus transfers on both arrivals and departures are subject to a 15% baggage handling fee.
● A two week cancellation policy will be required on requests of 4 or more multiple vehicles.
● A two hour cancellation policy will be held on all sedan and SUV reservations and will incur a 2 hour minimum charge, a Phoenix cancellation will require a 5 hour minimum charge.
● An 8 hour cancellation policy will be held on all van, Sprinter and greeter reservations and will incur a 3 hour minimum charge.
● A 48 hour cancellation policy will be held on all mini bus and motor coach reservations and will incur a 3 or 4 hour minimum charge.
● Cancellations or no shows on spot at the day of the event will incur a charge for the total amount of time the vehicle was booked for.
● Manifested groups/events will be subjected to an administration fee.
● A 75% deposit is required 10 business days (14 days total) prior to all groups, events or reservations of 4 or more vehicles.
● Credit card information is required before all transfers take place and is subject to an admin fee of 5% (AMEX).
● Returned deposits are subjected to a 10% processing fee of the total amount of the returned deposit.
● Flight changes or cancellations, en route delays or stops are subject to applicable fees.
● Coolers with ice and beverages are available upon request.
