       We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your transportation needs in the Arizona market. The purpose of this notice is to make you aware of the recent changes to a law that regulates the commercial passenger transportation industry in Arizona and specifically in regards to our Drug and Alcohol Testing Records. The entity that oversees and controls this is the Arizona Department of Transportation Weights and Measures department or “AZDOTWM”.

       While we have been in business for over 30 years, our number one priority always has been and will continue to be your safety. The driver we have selected for your reservation is required by company policy to complete 20 hours of training prior to being allowed to chauffeur passengers. Within that training, we require all applicants to perform pre-employment drug/alcohol testing and they are also subject to random testing even though the law does not require this. As part of a commitment to the safety and security of our passengers, employees and community, Catalina Transportation has always held a zero-tolerance policy for all employees.

If you feel your driver is under the influence of any substance, please alert us immediately via phone, e-mail, or dial 9-1-1 in an emergency. Once you have alerted us to the situation we will begin to take immediate action and address the situation as required. We have attached a link below to a .PDF form for your completion.
